Sometimes it is hard to be vulnerable.  We are afraid we will get hurt, and sometimes we do.  However, if you are not open to be vulnerable, you don’t grow.  There is more goodness, kindness and love in the world than there is hurt and pain.  Lean on the opportunities to grow and be vulnerable.  Let your own vulnerability show so that others are empowered to be vulnerable too!!

Be vulnerable and open in your business too!  Where could you grow personally and professionally?  How can you inspire your clients to be vulnerable to writing offers, moving up to their dream house or taking the first step in real estate investing??  The first step is often the hardest step to take; however, once you are the path you will be more open to opportunities to grow.  Who can help you when you are vulnerable?

  • Power Hour from 8:30am to 10am-We had 10 agents join us this morning to discuss our listings, role play and they are all making calls right now!  I will be making my calls in about 10 minutes too!!  What sort of business can you uncover in One Hour??
  • Team Meeting from 10am to 11am-Today we will be discuss Open House success stories and strategies.  Shawn Wiley, a brand new agent, has a great success story!!!
