Give Thanks!!

I know! Big shock…I am going to talk about things to be thankful for the week of Thanksgiving!!! Please feel free to pass this along to your agents too!The SHIFT Tour has ended and we take this week to look back on the last three months. It also gives me a chance to actually fully unpack for the first time since Labor Day!!!
The last three months have been filled with laughs, tears, great energy and focus. All of these things make for a great adventure, but can also make for a great real estate career. The thing I am most proud of is how much we all lend a hand to help each other. There are definitely times when we don’t feel like we deserve it, but we all do. Tony DiCello reminded us in Seattle that we “all feel fear” which is why we can all feel compassion.
So…I am grateful for compassion.I am also grateful for what this time of year can provide in terms of lead generation!
· So many agents take off the next five weeks. Keep the momentum going with SHIFT!
· Do an Open House this weekend and door knock on Wednesday and find out what relatives might want to live closer to home.
· Take that listing!!! Sellers that list this time of year are MOTIVATED!!!
· Talk to investors! Motivated sellers create fantastic investment opportunities!
· Have a party! Why not? Invite all your clients from the past 12 months!
· Stay 100% Focused by using the 411 to start your 2009 goals with an extra month!
· Have fun! Be creative and remind our friends and families that this market is the market of opportunity!!!
Ok, I am off my soap box! This time of year also gives me the opportunity to say thank you to all of you. Without your dedication and passion the SHIFT Tour would not have had the huge success it had throughout the country. I am so proud to be part of the Keller Williams Family.

Hey Katey, Just wanted to send a quick Thank You for doing such a great job at our SHIFT Tour in Seattle. I am a fairly new Team Leader with the Portland West Market Center....Our market center actually chartered a bus for the tour...and we had 27 people go up to the event, including 3 recruits (one of which has already joined!).
